Adilson Lavrador

Adilson Lavrador has been working in the IT and Operations area for 38 years, 26 of which in the insurance area alone, with passages through large companies in the financial sector. Graduated in Business Administration from Universidade São Judas and post-graduated in WEB Applications from Uni-Rio, he has several certifications in Technology and Management, with a diploma in Management from The Wharton Business School. He is currently the Executive Director of Operations, Technology and Claims at Tokio Marine Seguradora, responsible for a team of over 1200 Employees. It is responsible for the Customer Service, Contact Center, Operational Support, Commercial Support, Assistance, Claims, Technology and Innovation areas. Its commitment is the Digital Transformation and Simplification of Processes, in order to boost the Organization’s growth, performance, efficiency and profitability, through Innovation and the conscious use of Technology.
