Dyogo Oliveira, President of the NATIONAL CONFEDERATION OF INSURANCE COMPANIES – CNseg, is an economist and holds a Master’s Degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Brasília (UNB). He holds an MBA in International Negotiations and Foreign Exchange from FGV and a specialization in Public Policy and Government Management from the National School of Public Administration (ENAP).

In the last 20 years, he held important positions in the Federal Public Administration, with emphasis on: Minister of Planning, Development and Management; President of

BNDES; Executive Secretary of the Ministries of Finance and Planning; in addition to Deputy Secretary for Economic Policy (Ministry of Finance).

Still within the scope of the government, he was a member of the National Private Insurance Council (CNSP) and the National Complementary Pension Council (CNPC).

Dyogo Oliveira was responsible for formulating and implementing structuring actions in the economic area, including (i) establishing a ceiling on Federal Government expenditures; (ii) pension and tax reforms; (iii) release of FGTS and PIS/PASEP withdrawals; (iv) creation of the PAC (Growth Acceleration Program); (v) “My House, My Life”; (vi) the taxation of profits of companies abroad and (vii) the privatization of IRB Brasil-RE.

Between 2019 and 2022, he was President of the National Association of Airport Management Companies – ANEAA, where he worked on the implementation of the concession program for Brazilian airports. During the same period, he was a member of the board of directors of large business groups, especially in the finance and technology sectors.
