Karine Barros

Executive Commercial Director and member of the Executive Committee of Allianz Seguros. Professional with more than 20 years of experience in the banking and insurance sectors, with experience in large banks and financial administrators.

Karine Barros has been with Allianz Seguros for eight years and was responsible for the Market Management areas and, since 2018, was the executive director of Corporate Lines and Health.

In January 2022, he took over the Commercial Executive Board to lead the sale of products and services from the Allianz portfolio throughout the country. As a result, it is in charge of seven commercial regional offices that, together, serve more than 30,000 brokers and 50 advisory services.

The executive also represents Brazil in the Allianz Women’s Sponsorship Program, a global initiative for the development of new leaders.
